cannot move my legs.  quads so, so, so sore.  ragnar is an awful race.  i'm lucky that this dog (who was just chilling out in the flower bed) did not feel inclined to move much either.

no kidding -- this big guy was just sitting outside, hanging out...made for a cute photo, but the neighbors probably didn't think so...
